About cancellation

We do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed due to customer reasons (size, image, incorrect purchases, etc.).

Returns and Exchanges

If the product delivered is defective or a product that is different from the order is delivered, we will return or exchange the product.

Please pack the product to prevent damage during transportation, write "Handling warnings" on the invoice and ship it in a trackable manner.

We accept returns even if the actual product is different from what you imagined. Please note that we do not do so.)

・If you return the product without contacting us in advance

・After the product arrives
Products that have been over 8 days old

・Products that have been damaged, stained, damaged, etc. under the customer

・Products with resizing and engraving

Regarding shipping charges for return

Unless the product is defective or the product that is different from the order is received, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware of this in advance.

Please note that if you return the item with cash on delivery, we will deduct it from the refund fee.
