Working system
9 days off per month (working on Saturdays and Sundays, weekdays off)
Summer holidays, New Year's holidays, paid holidays, and special holidays
Actual working hours: 7.5 to 8 hours (9:30 to 18:30, may vary during events)
Salary
Monthly salary: 230,000 to 350,000 yen
Basic salary + various allowances
Expected annual income: 3 million to 5 million yen
(Monthly salary from 230,000 yen during the trial period)
