Garnet is also known as the Latin word "Grossularite" for currant. Pure glossler is colorless and transparent, but by containing impurities such as iron and manganese, it displays a wide range of colors, from green to gold to orange.

We made stones purchased in Tanzania into jewelry. The sparkling greenery, like young grass, blends perfectly with the skin.
