A needle-shaped rutile (gold ore) trapped inside a crystal. The name rutile comes from the Latin word "rutilis" meaning fiery.

Rutile is one of the crystals of titanium dioxide, and its refractive index exceeds that of diamond.
The needles vary in colours, including gold, red, and silver, and all of them are characterized by a strong luster. There are individual differences in thickness, color and fit of needles, so you can choose your own item.
